As
mentioned in the company profile, Paradigm's mission is to
give each Paradigm assignment a high degree of individual
involvement. Each assignment gets the personal attention of
full-time personnel Bob Patterson and
Jodi Conway, whose resumes can be accessed
to the left.
From
time to time, Paradigm employs subcontractors whose work we
know and respect. Mr. Patterson's continued involvement
in the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (he
is Chairman Emeritus of the Society) provides him with a network
of the most talented and well recognized hospitality experts
in the world.
