was founded in early 1996 by Bob Patterson, whose vision was
to create a boutique hotel and restaurant industry consulting
firm through which he could devote a high degree of personal
attention to each assignment. The name "Paradigm"
was selected based on the appeal of its definition, "the
standard to which all others are compared." Paradigm
Hospitality offers specialized consulting services to the
hospitality industry and to those who deal with that industry,
such as attorneys, financial institutions and vendors.
The company combines significant experience in finance, marketing,
and operations with today's technology to redefine standards
for the hospitality consulting field. Paradigm
personnel are professionally committed to achieving the definition
being "the standard to which all others are compared"
in hotel and restaurant industry consulting. To
maintain that standard, our personnel must and will continuously
refresh our knowledge and update our technology to most effectively
and efficiently serve our clients.
Paradigm's
mission is to give each Paradigm assignment a high degree
of individual involvement. Each assignment gets the personal

time to time, Paradigm employs subcontractors whose work
we know and respect to assist on assignments. Mr.
Patterson's continued involvement in the International

Consultants (he is Chairman Emeritus of the Society)
