Paradigm became asset managers of this 439-room luxury hotel in April 2000, shortly after it opened.

Paradigm personnel were asset managers of this 1072-room hotel from 1994 until 1999, when the hotel was sold. Paradigm assisted in the client's transition from lender to owner and in the renegotiation of the Westin Management Agreement

bathroom photo.jpg (7084 bytes) Paradigm became involved in the asset management of this 434-room hotel in early 1997, when the owner acquired the property, and remained involved until April 2000, when it was resold.  Paradigm has been involved in the renegotiation of the management agreement and in the oversight of significant renovations to upgrade the facilities.
